Many of these FAQs apply to pitch deck projects. Please contact me if you want to discuss a project and/or cannot find an answer to your question below.
Each project is unique, and therefore has its own pricing. Please contact me and describe your project to so I can provide an estimate.
To be safe, I'll need at least a week's notice to get started. Sometimes I can start sooner, but this usually allows time for you to collect all the assets I might need to get started. If it's super urgent, a rush fee will be applied.
It's best to make sure you have it written first (I do not write or edit them), and to have any sort of imagery collected for it. This includes any reference material that might be helpful for me to understand the look and tone you're going for. Images that will be going into the deck must be high res and watermark free. Try to stay away from Stock Photos unless you plan to purchase them. (For development projects, the photos don't have to be licensed).
Yes, however I only send Project Files after an invoice has been paid in full. Also, I typically use InDesign. If you're not familiar with InDesign and would prefer to edit, then for an additional fee I can convert the deck to edit in a program you're more comfortable using, though some design options might be more limited, and the deck may look a little different. You should also note that any project files I deliver should only be used for the specific project it was created for. And in more cases than not, after a deck has been finalized, clients find it easiest to have me address additional notes they might need to address (perhaps feedback from pitch meetings?), which I'm happy to do at an hourly rate.
In most cases, after an estimate is agreed upon, I ask to receive a 50% deposit up front before getting started, then the remaining balance before I deliver the final draft and/or project files.
Venmo, Zelle, Credit Card (+ convenience fee), Check, ACH/Wire Transfer. Keep in mind, the sooner I receive a deposit payment, the sooner I can get started.
